Hunt & Gather Restaurant, recently recognized by the Salt Lake Tribune as one of, "10 Utah Restaurants -born amid the pandemic- to Celebrate in 2021", features slow-cooked meals from local ingredients like wild game, fish, stone fruits, organic vegetables and spices along with an assortment of organic goat cheeses from Mesa Farm Market. House prepared sauces, soups and salads as well as house smoked and cured meats round out our seasonal menus which offer creatively dressed plates and bowls to satisfy all facets of the culinary spectrum, including vegetarian and vegan. A variety of house made, seasonal desserts are offered nightly and coming soon, Etta Place Hard Cider from our neighbors at the Etta Place Cidery. Full bar, 2 outdoor heated patios, socially distanced indoor dining and take-out available. Chef Chet Saign has worked in fine French restaurants like La Caille and around Salt Lake City at The Park Café & The Santa Fé. For the last 28 years Chet worked his way from line cook to owner at the award winning, French New Orleans restaurant, 410 Bank Street in Cape May, NJ. From the ocean to the mountains Chef Chet and his wife & business partner, Nancy, now bring to Torrey, UT, a passion for quality healthy meals, cooked to perfection in a kind and warm environment.
